I didn't do any pushups or planking today. It was a deliberate choice because I CLIMBED TABLE ROCK! Bucket list item. I wouldn't have been able to do it without my two incredible sisters who carried my pack for me, shared water with me, helped me along the trail, were super patient, and laughed at me as I hobbled down the trail 12 hours later. I pushed my body past fail about once 10 minutes. So I feel ok skipping!
